The most common causes of cleaning machine failure

Most breakdowns aren’t complicated. They come from parts wearing down faster than expected.

Worn scrub brushes and pads

These take a beating every day. Once the bristles shorten or pads thin out, the machine starts missing dirt and dragging on the floor.

Failing vacuum motors

Dirt and moisture eventually wear the motor down. Reduced suction is one of the first signs your motor might be on its way out.

Damaged hoses and clogged filters

Hoses crack, filters clog, and airflow drops. When airflow drops, recovery tanks fill slower, leaving floors wet or streaky.
