Returns

  • Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all fittings and manuals.
  • Installed, modified, or used parts cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Electrical components are non-returnable once opened unless found to be defective.

Process

  • Message us through eBay with your order number and reason for return.
  • Include clear photos if the item is damaged or faulty.
  • We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, Gears2U covers the return postage or provides a prepaid label.
  • For change-of-mind or incorrect purchases, the buyer pays return postage.
  • Please use tracked postage for all returns.

Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Please notify us within 3 days of receiving a damaged or defective item.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
  • Some items may require testing or assessment before approval.

Exclusions

  • Electrical items once fitted.
  • Items damaged by incorrect installation, misuse, or neglect.
  • Clearance or marked “non-returnable” items unless faulty.
